Balancing Emotions With Essential Oils

Essential oils present a myriad of benefits; they can relax, energize or calm your emotions, and can heavily influence your mood. Years of research show that by simply inhaling essential oils, you can quickly benefit from their unique therapeutic properties. 


Below are our top oil recommendations for when you are experiencing specific emotions.


Tip: Aromatherapy can be very unique to the user. If a single oil or blend doesn't work to help balance the emotion you are experiencing, try another. It can take some experimentation to find what works for you!

Fatigue, Low Motivation, Low Energy
